Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As a vintage shop, all items are pre-owned and may show minor signs of wear consistent with age. Please review product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be sent directly to our return address, as we do not collect parcels from parcel shops. You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery without notifying us first.
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or if there is a significant issue not described in the product listing.
Please note that all vintage pieces are pre-owned and may show minor signs of wear, aging, or imperfections consistent with their history and character. Any major flaws or noticeable damages will always be described and photographed as accurately as possible.
You have a 24-month complaint right under Danish law for items purchased online. This does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, washing, lack of care, or general wear and tear.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. We do not ship during weekends or holidays. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Privacy
You may at any time request information about the personal data we store about you. We do not retain personal data longer than necessary, and your information is never sold or shared with third parties.
